Racing 22nd and 29th November

Once again, Anderson’s Inlet turned on its most suitable weather for the final 3 races of the Knights of Leongatha Toyota Series on the 22nd and 29th November. On both weekends, both seniors and juniors battled out the competition in all races. The weather was kind to all sailors with south-westerly winds of 7 to 12 knots. It was also pleasing to see more juniors being trained in sailing the Minnow class of yacht. South Gippsland yacht Club is certainly generating interest throughout the community and attracting new members.
As usual, competition amongst all participants is feisty and friendly while each sailor tries to out do the other while having fun. Over each weekend there was around nearly 20 yachts on the water, either sailing or training.
